MAHAMA NO MORE GAY BUT GUY.

It feels very irritating when politicians use immoral materials or accusations to lambast themselves.

The same President John Dramani Mahama, earlier this year was accused of having sexual relations with a gay right lobbyist, Andrew Solomon. Could a gay turn guy so fast?

One could easily justify that this accusation is baseless and frivolous. How could he be gay and guy at the same time. We could now smell the stinky political game. All these are tactics to obstruct his government.

Politics have being made to gain the tag “dirty game”. This is making most industrious men to shatter their dreams of going into politics for the fear of being insulted and traduced.
His Excellency John Dramani Mahama is our president and man at the hem of affairs of this nation.
Hence, any vilification material against him would not only tarnish his image but the nation as a whole.

Propagandists have succeeded in spreading this fabricated video and photos across social media including facebook, twitter and others. All in the name of blackmailing the excellent man. I’m not interested in knowing the source but wish to ask that fellow only two questions.

How would he/she feel when he/she is in his shoes? Would this please God?

I’m also praying that all serial callers being sponsored by politicians to insult and falsely accuse their opponent be stopped. It’s high time politicians play their game “politics” with passion, in order to attract more industrious and competent people.

I don’t know how the various Religious Councils are going to take this because; I don’t think any religion would support the spread of false materials. How would other nations view us?

I believe my few words have come to clear the dirty clouds and we would leave as good people of Ghana. And believe it not that I’m a supporter of any political party, I’m only doing my job as a concerned citizen.

THE MADINA MARKET IS NEXT ON THE FIRE BENCH - Kofi Wayo

The URP presidential candidate, international businessman and "son of Nima"; Kofi Wayo, has declared that the Madina market is set to be on the next fire attack during an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM.

The Madina market showing no difference from the earlier burnt ones would have its share of the fire. He said; when he visited the place, filth which could easily spark fire, was what has taken over the market.

He therefore charged authorities to introduce clean up agencies as well as providing markets with fire hydrants in order to curb this diabolic prophecy.

FUNERALS TURNING INTO BIG-TIME PARTIES.

"...................... is a ceremony that takes place after someone dies, usually including a religious ceremony and the formal process of taking the body to the place where, it is buried or cremated" denotes the definition of Funeral, according to the Macmillan English Dictionary. Taking our minds to the bible in John 11:32-36 when Mary fell at Jesus' feet crying, the Jews crying as well, then Jesus wept over the death of Lazarus. Jesus knew he could possibly reincarnate him, yet he cried. Why did he do that? This should be a sign enough to let us know that death is a time to mourn. Despite this, modern funerals has turned merry making.

Come to the funeral grounds especially on Sunday evenings around 18:00 GMT, then you would testify for yourselves, ladies' majestical catwalking towards the funeral grounds. Drinks and other edible packs would be offloaded from vehicles unendingly, babeque (khebab) cuisines would also take vantage points making business. There people sit in groups and having cordial relations just like "an old school reunion".

It's very emphatic when it comes to picking of funeral cloth. Families or relatives of the deceased would look through town to get expensive cloth to suit the funeral, which is sometimes done to spite their adversaries. Frankly speaking, this is common among the coastal dwellers.
Women purchase these expensive cloths, take it to expert tailoring services in order to curve best their intended style. Special care is also taken to select other items and cosmetics to suite their preference. Stuffed iced-chest with drinks are carried along.

Where are these colossals amounts gained, that it's easily cast among pigs to trample upon?

Maybe, these extravagant stuffs eject those sums.

Ladies, please spare me, if I seem to be lashing you. It's just that "Open Rebuke is Better than Secret Love". Ladies, your emotional features are needed most to console the bereaved family. Instead, these hubris yell; "we dress to kill, afterall we did not kill the person".

The loud systems used in playing music at these "gbonyo parties" tend to attract uninvited persons we locally call "oblitey agbo". These vagabonds go round the funeral scene pretending to be dancing while looking for chances to bolt away some valuable items. Even mineral bottles are not spared.
These and others would only cause unnecessary costs to the funeral organizers.

I believe, its only our religious leaders that can preach doctrines to salvage this social canker whose wings are spreading so fast.

THE MOVIE INDUSTRY NEEDS ATTENTION!

Even though we have witnessed a general explosion of growth in African entertainment industry, there has also been a marked fall in its professional delivery in recent years due to inaccurate shots, diversion of Culture, exposition of witchcraft as well as monotonous stories.

Today, we could find out that the establishment shots, cut-aways, extreme close-ups and other important shots are neglected by our movie makers. They stick to only two shots in order to wrap-up quick ready for the market.

We should bare in mind that “good name is better than riches”, and as a matter of fact money would surely follow, after making good name both within the country and abroad. Deceiving the audience is when we make our name, hence the two shots game would surely get them fed up and we would be doomed. Therefore, we need to upgrade ourselves with multiple shots so we can leave our audience with probing minds.

Despite the technicalities, the movie industry has shifted from our true cultural values. We seem to be promoting other peoples culture than ours. I should say, it`s high time we use our movies to brainwash those imperialist historians who believed that Africa’s civilization was all a result of the advent of the Europeans.

Furthermore, Ghanaian movies have become an avenue for the promotion of witchcraft and fetishes. Recent movies portray witches and fetishes as powerful evil creatures that could only destroy. Scenes with witches eating womb of pregnant women and a whole lot is what we see. Witchcraft and fetish activities cannot be proved scientifically and therefore should have no place in this 21st Century. My wish is that movie makers would desist from these technological impediment practices.

Worst of it all, similar stories are produced using different titles and characters. This is breaking our intelligence over our audience since ending of movies are being predicted and it comes true.

In my opinion, further studies, learning from professionals and a lot more are the only means by which we can lift high the image of this honorable profession.

TECHNOLOGY IN CHURCHES, IS IT A SIGN OF THE END-TIME?

Gone were the days when written records were made available on stone slabs known as "tablets". An early reference was the Ten Commandments given to Moses. Just sometime after this period scrolls and pens obtained from the Papyrus reed become writing tools.

Later on, bibles became printed. Currently, bibles are now read from mobile phones, palmbooks and laptops.

With most exuberant youths and some members of the clergy, the use of these devices should not be over emphasised, since it provides same biblical information. They say, these devices especially Mobile phones and palmbooks are very portable as compared to the hefty bible books.
The devices also have different bible versions from which the reader can choose. Intensive bible reading plan is also provided, to make the biblical studies easier.

Another perception claim that carrying these devices to church may hide one's religion. Some who do not want to be spotted with the bible going to church due to some reasons known to them only do support the use of these devices in the church.

Meanwhile, others attribute the use of these devices in the church's auditorium to as a devilish initiation. They believe that it's one of the dirty tricks of the devil to take away the minds of the pews from the sermon being delivered.
It is argued that holders of these devices purposely bring it to church to flout their wealth. One may also be tempted to toggle from one application to the other browsing social media like facebook, twitter, whatsapp.etc. Multimedia function would also compel them to take pictures, videos or even listen to music while preaching is in session.

There is also a school of thought which believes that the manufacturers of these devices have connections with the underworld. Why am I saying this? Manufacturers of these devices seek assistance from underworld forces in order to make these multi-functional devices.
Furthermore, some spiritual possessions are passed on to us when we study from it. These satanic instrument tends to obstruct us from assimilating the word of God, hence causing confusion in the mind.

I'm not taking any side in this situation but wish would have persons who could debate as to whether the use of these instruments are negative or vice-versa.
