KATHY KNOWLES THEATRE PERFORMANCE (FIRST EDITION).

The Kathy Knowles Theatre Works' auditorium located on the second floor of the Korle-gonno Community Library saw a splendid theatrical performance of its kind yesterday. As part of activities pertaining to its maiden edition after its establishment some months past; variety of the art forms came to play.

As the African methodology demands, there was an opening prayer which ushered the programme into a start. Poetry recitals, Choreography, a short comedy sketch by the junior members of the group, a vibrant cultural performance named "Lobi", which is a voltarian dance was portrayed. Rap battling was not left out, Becca's African Woman was also performed by a group called Lovely Sisters. Then the main drama slated for the event came to climax it all.

Naked Custom is the name. This rudiment African illusional piece was written and directed by Mr. Abduly Aziz Abillah. "Love rules the world. But love wrongfully possessed could lead to disastrous event in one's life. The love of a princess for a young hunter compels her to kill her father when she least knew about her true identity" - synopsis.

Guest dancing crew X-Felex where also featured on the stage as they thrilled the audience with their breathe-taking dance moves.

The programme came to a successful end with much excitement and fun.
